Peer-review policy:

  1. Each research article is sent to two reviewers.
  2. The name of the author is suppressed so that the reviewers are not aware of the author's identity.
  3. Similarly, the reviewers do not know mutually each other's names or the fact that they are reviewing this or that manuscript. Both reviewers' reports are sent to the author.
  4. If the recommendation is to revise, the authors are asked to implement the recommendations.
  5. If there is great disagreement between the reviewers, the manuscript is sent to a third anonymous reviewer.
  6. The reviewed manuscript may be sent back to reviewers for another check if the editor deems this necessary.
