Normativity of non-cooperation

This paper deals with the topic of (organized) non-cooperation and free-riding; its aim is to show “cooperation” and “non-cooperation” as relative notions corresponding to different description levels. In the end it is suggested that the phenomenon of organized rules-evading can represent a problem for naturalistic variants of contractarianism.
